Hello,
We have just found out that we are required to submit a file to the Argentina government per AFIP Resolution 1794, C.I.T.I. by October 15th. We are not sure how to generate a file in the proper format. I see that program J_1AF217 is available, but it doesn't seem to generate a file in the format we've been told we need to have it in. Anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks,
Lisa
Hi Lisa. We are using J_1AF217 for CITI Compra (Resolution 781/2000). You have to check the field Additional selection: List record and complete the field: Create files for (for ex. /usr/sap/trans/tmp/CITI.TXT).
Then you have to run J_1AF027 to download the file to your PC.
The file format is:
1. Doc Type (lenght = 2)
2. Doc Number (lenght = 24)
3. Date (lenght = 😎
4. CUIT (lenght = 11)
5. Name (lenght = 25)
6. VAT (lenght = 12)
7. Vendor CUIT (lenght = 11)
8. Vendor Name (lenght = 25)
9. VAT Commission (lenght = 12)
I hope it helps you.
Regards,
Angie
