Transfer of HR PCP Plan to Cost Center Plan in BPS

Does anyone have a recommendation on how to transfer the values extracted from R/3 HR Personnel Cost Planning into a Cost Center Planning cube. The HR data will be extracted using Cost Item, and this needs to be mapped to Cost Element in CO planning.

Any recommendations as to how to transfer/copy this plan into a CO Planning format?

If you have a relationship between cost item and cost element, you can do this with copy function.
