No idocs arrived from source system problem ??

Hello

I am trying to load trans data thru datamart (extractor) from XXX BW system (source system ?? partner system ??) but looking in RSMO status is yellow and following message:

Request still running

Diagnosis

No errors found. The current process has probably not finished yet.

System Response

The ALE inbox of BI is identical to the ALE outbox of the source system

or

the maximum wait time for this request has not yet been exceeded

or

the background job has not yet finished in the source system.

Current status

No Idocs arrived from the source system.

In STATUS MONITOR FOR ALE MESSAGES I get following line: RSRQST --green

n# idoc: 11111 --- Idoc status passed to port OK (03) -

---

Idoc sent to SAP system or external program. -

---

partner XXX

Selecting Display partner system icon got same result:

Data Passed to Port OK

Could you guys please tell me how to solve this issue ?

I have no access rights to SM58 btw

is this Load a Delta or a full load?

and Check ST22 for any DUMPS related to this Data load......

checked on st22 and appears and only appears TYPELOAD LOST under my userid but with times different to those showed in Monitor so not sure if they are related or their meaning....

Load is full and selected a small target only for testing the newly provided DS....

Additionally in Monitoring --> Details after REquest: everyhting OK (green)

Extraction (messages) missing messages = yellow

Transfer Idocs TRFC missing messages or warnings = yellow

Request IDOC: sent, not arrived : DAta passed to port OK

processing data packet : no data = yellow

REally not a clue what coudl be wrong...

hey if this is Full try Loading it again, and check your source system does it have any data ?

and the DUMP does that realted to the Data target or Transformations which you have Written ?

if the Request is sent to source system and source system rev'd the req then this should be Green. looks like req idoc is not sent to source system</b>

Check IDOC status in R/3 and if it is hanging then process it manually using txn BD87.
