XLS(Excel) Files with XI

Hi Experts,

I want to integrate a excel file with SAP using XI.

I Need this scenario.

File adapter(EXCEL) -> XI -> RFC adapter(Z_RFC).

I know TXT -> XI -> RFC, but using the XLS file I don´t know..

I Need help because this scenario is in prd environment in 2 days.

Is it possible for you convert the xls to csv before sending it to XI? If so, with csv it would be very simple.

It is not possible, I want to use the XLS format file.

I need to developer a method in JAVA.
