Create new Shopping basket in ISA B2B

When I push botton "Create new shopping basket " in E-commerce, I have an error:

An application error occurred Contact the administrator .

When I review Log, Default Trace I view: User has no permission to create order template".

The shop is configured with user parameters: R3_SU01User. User in R3 have permission to create order in SD.

Some idea?

Once i fill all obligatory fields, with the mark: *, i try to save but appears this message:

Contact the administrator

Log on.

You need help of basis consultant.

This component is part of installation of SAP and its updated is via tx SPAM.

You can review your error and obtain more details. Call SAP NetWeaver Administrator using http://<host>:<port>/nwa. Select System Management > Monitoring > Log and Traces and View ""Default Trace". Click in buttom “Open a Search”

Can you access to create shop management, in other words, page is visible?. I observe that you comment that error happens when you fill all obligatory fields?. You fill with values or with *?.

Are you sure about value in your filelds?. For example, that organization channel, order documents are correct values?.

Send me a print screen of your error.

Hi Lyda!

Finally i solved this item. The mistake was in he Object-Path of the shopadmin.

Now i have another error because i try to enter in:

http://<host>:<port>/b2b/b2b/login.do

and appears this error:

<i>

Error in user administration,call our hotline</i>

Any sugerence?

I had the same problem that you and it's only a problem with the user that was blocked
