MRP consideration of revesion level of materials

hi,

we introduced REVISION LEVEL to materials . when we run MRP for the sales orders how the revision levels is considered in planning.

if revisions has taken place for the same material three times as 00, 01, 02 which it considers and how its implications are there.

if i am converting a planned order to production order for a material and during the course of time if another revision level has been updated with 03. then whether production order takes revision level 02 or 03.

pls suggest me with what all effects and what all should i consider

how revision levels effect the MRP run and how it proceeds further on the down line in future changes to revision levels.
