Steps involved in upgrade of SP 12....

Hi,

I need steps for upgrading SP 9 to SP 12 in solution manager 4.0.Can anybody please help me out. Thank You.

download the required files from

service.sap.com/swdc . Copy the files and extract to ../EPS/in directory.

Update JSPM first.Then Using JSPAM update Kernel and Java componenets and then using SPAM apply ABAP support packs.Before applying ABAP support pack make sure you have the latest SPAM/SAPNT else update that.
