Off-cycle workbench - Replace tab

Hi,

The payroll history for payments with direct deposit payment type doesn't show up in the replace tab of the Off-cycle workbench. If the payment is check and also if one of the payment type is check and the rest is direct deposit in case of multiple payments then that history is displayed in the replace tab of the off-cycle workbench.

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this problem? Please share any experiences.

Hi,

I worked on replacement of check of using off cycle workbench. The scenario you are mentioning is correct. The bank deposit will also get displayed when you are in replacement tab coz somehow tommorrow you may have to replace Bank deposit with check.

Please look at the IT 0009 for the PERNR you are checking in OC_Workebench. If its set to Check Payment type then system will of course show Checks only in OC_Workbench.
