Working with Km Rooms docs via Network place connection

Hi,

some of my portal users complains about difficulty working with the portal KM .

They say it take too much time to navigate to the room content and find your documents ... in addition the don't like the complication with uploading deleting or even editing a file .

So ... For those users ,

I have created Network place connection and mapped a portal room ...

all works fine !!!

even though having little difficulties with a mandatory attribute for a document . [with Network place connection the users can upload documents with no mandatory attribute ...] it seems like everything is working fine and there is a synchronization between the portal view and the Network place connection view.

Is there a weblog / any other information source about letting the users work with a km contact with Network place connection ?

Or ,

can any one think of a alternative solution ?

Hi Hadar,

there is one solution "Portal Drive" that can be used with some additional options on top of it, like the "Working Offline" Option. Unfortunatelly with the same restriction in the area of maintaining mandatory properties.
