Hi Guys,
We have French letters and English letters in Catalog . When you transferring item from catalog into SRM some of the characters like French characters getting # symbol in item description in SRM. Pls help out regarding this issue.

What is your SRM platform ? Unicode/non-Unicode, code page, kernel patch.
What is the catalog side encoding ? UTF-8 or ISO-*.
Have you set the HTTP_CONTENT_CHARSET_ENABLED in the bbpsc* ITS service?
