I do not have the SAP* user in the client "000", i need recovery it. Please somebody can help me. Thanks.
Milagros.
Hello Milagros,
first of all u have to check USR02 Table in that u can see SAP* and all other users. i believe sap* will definately there please check. if not try to delet that from OS level. if sap* is not there in database then it will tell user doesn't exist.
but before deletion u have to set parameter login/automatic_user_sapstar=0
then it will create new sap* with password pass.
u have to delete sap* from the database level it means u have to enter in to the sql with user ORASID then use this command.
Delete from<databasehostname>.usr02 where MANDT=000 and BNAME='SAP*';
but be careful it will match u r requirement but its very dangerous procedure otherwise take security person help in this case in my view u have to take security people help.
If the above solution is helpful for you please reward point for me!
Regards,
sree

Hi,
Please restart the server once again. Sometimes it happens....
Actually SAP* user should generated by the SAP Kernel.
If u restart the SAP Server, the kernel get updated and the user can be created.
If it works please reward me points.
