About Go-Live phase

As I am new to SAP Implementation.

Please share some knowledge.

As a MM consultant what is my role in Go-Live phase?

Dear Shayan,

Your role in go live is depend on your designation

mean suppose your scenior cunsultant you have to take care of all working functions in production server it onece go live is over means you cant upload or any changes in production server it coplete cleint side server we cant enter any manual data

Implementing company will take of go live part inside project manager is taking care inside project leader and next under scenieor cunsultant

theas all people will take care total part of project implementation upto go live part

Go live is nothing but final step it mean testing and data implementation all over in this stage so this step is very crucial stage for every company and cunsultants

onece go live is over the project will be over
