ERROR in ::::Wait for communications service

Hi All,

I think this is where the error occured while sending mails to the external id with the error message :: <b>Wait for communications service</b>

So anybody have any idea why this is showing me the error and where can i check to rectify this.

Hi,

Let me make you all more clear that this is showing the error while sending mails to external id after the configuration is done in the ALRTCATDEF.

and after getting the message in the ALERT INBOX .

So it seems that it fails to send the mails to the external id.

Try running RSCONN01. U may schedule a job for it. If the job is already scheduled, then check its frequency.

Have you checked your mail adapter in adapter monitoring. Is it showing any error ?
