Please let me know what is bank routing number and where can we use the same?

what is table for the bank routing ?

let me knoe table name of postal code, Region and country?

Region and country are also in table BNKA. In the past (release 40B) there was a bank selection based on postal code, but it seems not be used in 4.7 (table T042P is present, but i can't see any transaction for entering data).

In any case, you should specify the country (or countries) of your banks. Some fields may be useful in one country and not in another.

TABLE for Region Vs. Company Code - T005S

for postal code there is no table - postal code is controlled based on settings in Set - country specific checks - TCODE : OY17

No idea about Bank routing.....
