deletion for prd. orders

can anybody tell me is there any process for mass deletion flag to prodn orders existing in the status of CRTD,REL etc.

Sehgal R,

You need to execute program "PPARCHP1" in SE38 or can be scheduled in Background using transaction SM36.

Activate the check box for "Set Deletion Flag" in the actions section of the Intial screen. For selection of orders according to status what your require you can create a selection profile using transaction BS42 and use that in the intial screen.

<b>Caution:

1. There is NO MASS transaction to REVOKE DLFL, so if you need to revoke it has to be done Manually using the order change mode transaction one by one.

2. If you also run this program to set Deletion Indicator, there is no way you can revoke, Manually order by order is also NOT possible.

I would suggest you to first set TECO to relevant orders using mass transaction COHV or CORM. Use TECO status as the relevant status for selecting orders for setting Deletion Flag.</b>

Dear,

there is a way to do it in adifferent way.

Create a user status and in that see that a status is having the same function of delition. you can use LOCK status for thai.

You can mass activate this user status in COHV.

But if you want to delete the production order the balance should be zero in production order, then only you can do that.

You have to go in for customized programe.because TODE :COHV does not support deletion flag activation.

Hi Rakesh,

What's about COHV? You can set several PrdOrd to TECO.

(COHV > 'Mass processing' panel > 'function': Technically complete. On selection panel you can define which PrdOrds you want to change.)
