Updating Contact person details

Hi all,

I need to update the details of a Contact person for a Customer in the tables KNVK and KNA1. I am using the standard FM ADDR_BUILD_PERSON_COMPLETE. The parameters I am passing here are ADDRNUMBER AND PERSNUMBER. I have written the entire code for it and there are no errors. But the Contact person details are not getting updated. I am not able to find what the problem is.

Pointers would be helpful.

U can try thru XD99 Also..

Discuss the same with ur ABAPer also..

We do not hav the authorization for Mass Maintenance. Can you please suggest any other way I could do it?

Hi Lakshmipathi,

We are not supposed to do it using LSMW. We just have to create a remote enabled FM which would update the contact details.
