BAPI for Creation of FICA Document - FPE1

Help required on On BAPI_CTRACDOCUMENT_CREATE. I have succesfully Simulated the Fica Document Through this BAPI but the No.

No generated is not getting stored/saved in the any table as i want to see the posting's made against it and thereby not able to view it in Transaction FPE3.

If any one has simulted the same kind of scenario of automating the amount to be posted in FPE1 through this BAPI pls share.

WIll definately reward points.

Hi there,

First of all, I guess most FICA consultants are not part of this forum, as you'd find mainly FM and GM consultants here.

It happens to be that I am using both public sector modules and FICA.

If you wish to use BAPI_CTRACDOCUMENT_CREATE, it actually works (used it in ECC 6.0). You create a document that can definitely be viewed though FPE3.

After you execute the BAPI do you get any error messages?

Have you called BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT after the original BAPI call?

Please make sure in the BAPI tables to fill the DOCUMENTHEADER and PARTNERPOSITIONS tables are filled properly, and also that the COMPLETEDOCUMENT parameter has the value 'X'.

Here we have ECC 6.0 and also ISU-FICA and PSM-FM. Is it possible to ask some help when we have some issues?

Issues are on FM-FICA.

We go live on 3 january 2008.

I am PSM-FM specialist but not FICA specialist.
