Vendor replication

Hi SRM Gurus

We are on SRM5.0 extended calssic scenario and uisng batch job using bbp_vnedor_sync to replicate vendors from R/3 to SRM. We have one vendor which has been stuck with out getting replicated from R/3. Vendor in R/3 has been maintained with co.code and pur org. data. But I was successful to replciate it through BBPGETVD and reasons why the vendor was not able to get replicated using bbp_vendor_sync.

Hi

Which SRM version are you using ?

<b>We should never use the report BBP_VENDOR_SYNC for first time vendor upload. BBP_VENDOR_SYNC is only for the vendor synchronization.</b>

<b>Always use BBPGETVD transaction for Vendor replication. It's recommended by SAP.</b>

please check the log files , using SLG1 and see why the problem happened,

if there is a problem , system will issue an message in logs

Did not find any errors in SLG1, any other suggestion.

Hello Manju,

Please check whether you have checked : Create New Vendor also in Technical Basic Settings -- Settings for Vendor Synchronization.
