Check whether Credit Controlling area and Credit segment is defined as<b> Open order value on time axis,delivery and bill.doct value.</b>
Also check Sales area is assigned to Credit control area with combination of Distribution channel and division.

Assign Credit Control Area and Credit Segment
Assign Sales area to Credit control area.
