1) how to Moving a job and working with different options different job classes
2) Splitting a job into multiple jobs

1. how to Moving a job and working with different options different job classes
Ans: Just go to SM37
Enter the job name -- > Select status Released
Goto Job in Menu Bar --> Change (Change the priority & executing server)
2. Splitting a job into multiple jobs
Ans: You cant split single job into many. You have to redefine the entire job.

Please explain what do you mean by moving a job?
Job classes are priorities on basis of which jobs are run in SAP. Check this out:

2) Splitting a job into multiple jobs
Not sure what are you expecting. But if I understand correctly then you want to split up the data to be processed using the job. For that you need to create mutiple jobs having mutiple variants.
