help to convert currency

HI,

i friends i am new i Fi and i need to buield simple progarm that the input

is all time changed (currency ex. euro to usd , gbp to euro ...)

example

<b>input</b>

orignal currency code (what i wont to exchange) like<b> usd</b>

destination currency code (exchange to) like <b>euro</b>

period (month and year)

<b>output</b>

example what i wont

EURO

value period

0.7 01/09

0.83 02/09

0.72 03/09

0.73 04/09

maybe some one can help with taht

i now about CONVERT_TO_LOCAL_CURRENCY

& CONVERT_TO_FOREIGN_CURRENCY but the user enter all time <b>diffrent</b> currency ?
