Hi,
You need to write a PCR before that
create Absence Type Sick Leave IT 2001
Absence Quota for 30 days IT 2006
Now come to the payment part
Generate Time Wage Types (Full Pay) for First 15 days
Generate Time Wage Types (Half Pay) for the Next 15 days
After 30 days of sick leave Time Wage Types could not be Generated.
Note:-Check these days are Calendar Days which can be taken through out the year or at a stretch.

Hi Darshana
Are you also looking out for 3 seperate absence types along with this..
You can create 3 seperate quota's and set the deduction priority. You can have counting rules based on the same.
And then apply only one counting rule to all three seperate absence types.
Solution given based on the problem narrated by you..
If this is not solved, please give bit clear picture of the problem.

Hi to all,
My doubt is whether I have to create 3 absence type, 3 absence quota, 1counting rule with priority and one deduction rule?
I have done the valuation percentages and 50 and 100.
Can anyone tell me how can write valuation rule in PCR/
We need to create any time wage type for this?
Pls explain

You can try:
One Absence Type------>Three Abs Quotas with three diff validations as per requirements -
>set priority in deduction rule.
You should have three diff quotas.
Earlier one of my friend had same requirement.they followed such solution.
Dont know if it helps.
but if it is helpful, plz award point.
