Hi,

There is no restriction on using any no. of storage unit types for a storage bin. Storage unit types are defined at warehouse level. The path is Logistics Execution -> Warehouse Management -> Master Data -> Material -> Define Storage unit types.

You can define any no. of SUT for a warehouse. Now these SUTs are assigned to materials in material master WM view 2. And materials are linked to bins. SO, whatever materails you have for a bin the SUTs for those materials are all valid for that bin...

Hope this is of some help for you..

Hi,

I don't think there is a setting to setup the max. no. of SUs per storage bin. I hope the only way you can do it by maintaining the palletization data (equivalent to 3 pallets) in the WM View2 in the material master of the particular material.

Thanks

Aktar

Hi,

I don't know the answer exactly, but I think you should examine:

SPRO > Logistics execution > Warehouse management > Storage units > Master Data > Define storage type control

You can select an item --> Goto > Details

You can define storage bin structure in LS10 (fields: Template & Strucure).

Hello,

The max number of storage units can be defined in LS02N. Go to 'Bin sectioning' tab, and set field 'Max no.Sus' (LAGP-MAXLE).

I hope this works.

Hi Gang,

Did you understand my answer?

Let me know if you haven't, becoz, as such there is no config setting for setting up the no. of SUs, becoz, there is no sense to make it fix.

Depending the Storage Bin type whether it is B1 or B2 / P1 or P2, it will decide based on the capacity of the bin type.

Reward if it helps you.
