Problems with init delta for 0HR_PT_1

Hi,

We are having some problems with the init delta for 0HR_PT_1.

We get the error message:

Error message from the source system

Diagnosis

An error occurred in the source system.

System Response

Caller 09 contains an error message.

Further analysis:

The error occurred in Service API .

Refer to the error message.

Procedure

How you remove the error depends on the error message.

Note

If the source system is a Client Workstation, then it is possible that the file that you wanted to load was being edited at the time of the data request. Make sure that the file is in the specified directory, that it is not being processed at the moment, and restart the request.

This happens in all systems; Development, QA and production.

Full load works ok.

Any suggestions on what we can do?

Thanks, that solved the problem. In addition to date in selection criteria, we had also used Company code and controlling area.

Have you given any selection condition under "Data selection" tab?

Hi,

Yes, we used the selection 01.01.2006 to 31.12.2007 and we also tried with the selection 01.01.2007 to 31.12.2007, but we still get the same error.
