Deleting personnel no.

Hi Friends,

I have a prob. deleting personnel no. It shows the message that Personnel no. accounted. When I chk 0003, it is showing accounted to 28.02. 2007. & PDC recalculation as 01.01.2007 (Both boxes disabled)

But when I tried to delete FI posting, this personnel no. is not available in TC pcp0.

Can anyone tell me the reason & how to delete this no.

Hi,

For deleting a Personnel Number T code is PU00.

For that employee already payroll has run then u need to delete the payroll results also the T code is PU01

In PCP0 is for payroll results posted to GL in which document number and its details will be displayed.

hi pavani,

while i am hiring a person i am getting BAPI IMPLEMETATION.may i know when it comes that error.upto now i never faced like this error.please coulf u tell me .........it is urgent.
