I want to know how to start (step by step process) for making Apprisal Templates in HR.

Hi Vijay,

Which appraisal system are you working on? is it appraisal settings by objective settings submodule? if so you have start from "oohap_settings_pa" and do the prerequisite settings there.

Then proceed with PHAP_CATALOG for creating appraisal templates.

Customization and basic settings can be done in OOPHAP_BASIC.

Thank for your information.

My client requirement is design the Appraisal Template in HR for Payroll purpose.

Pls guide me how to start with since i don't hve any idead regarding the Payroll.

But I have worked on TEM appraisal catlog.

We are using ECC 4.7 version and pls help me in this.
