how to check replicated master data

Hi frnds.

we are replicating business partners from R/3 to CRM. after the replication process how can we check what all BP's are replicated and what all are not replicated. actually we have to prepare a comparitive chart after the replication so that the user can see and know what is still left to be replicated.

HI

you copy R3 BP Report into Excel sheet and CRM Replicated BP data in to Other excel sheet then you can compare manually , otheriwse with out copying it to excel directly you can compare both the BP reports in R3 and in CRM and check it manually

Check transaction SMW01 to see if there was any Bdoc message of type BUPA_MAIN with errors.

Hi Vinay,

BUPA_MAIN is used to send business partner details from CRM to CDB (mobile -consolidated Database)

Hi Vinay,

The object name to replicate business partner and contact person is CUSTOMER_MAIN.It is advisable that you put some filter criteria before replicating in R3AC1.

Hi Vinay,

The customers which get replicated to CRM, their details also get updated in Tables a. CRMKUNNR( R/3 Table)

b. CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO ( CRM Table)

These two tables must have the same entries, and they show u the details of the the custmer masters or business partners which exist in both the system.

Similarly for contact preson the tables are CRMPARNR( R/3 table) and CRMM_BUT_CONTNO ( CRM table).

Many times it even happens that these two tables do not get updated, u need to apply ceratin notes for the same.

To get the details of the partners which did not get replicated what u can do is:

1. First query on table KNA1 to get the name of the business partners which were suppose to be replicated considering the filter criteria.

2. Query the tables above mentioned ( any of the two) it will tell u the partners which got repliacated.

3. Entries which are not found are the one which did not get repliacted at all.
