Field status for T-code : CK91

Hi All,

I am trying to load data into CK91 through LSMW.

Can somebody help me to suppress some of the fields in CK91 since I don’t have data for those fields.

I basically want to know where the <b>field status has been maintained for the Transaction code CK91.</b>

All help will be appreciated.

Hi

You do not need to supress fields in CK91 .

LSMW will take only those fields that are supplied in Source field structure.

in later step "Maintian field mapping " you will map only those fileds that you want to fill in.

If there are any constants you want to pass then here you mark it as constant and supply constant value.

Dear KALAM,

1.After entering into LSM Workbench,check in the third step - Manitain Source

fields.Select the field for which you dont have any data and delete it.

2.In the 5th step Field Mapping & Conversion rules,you can select the field for

which you want to maintain default values,and click on constant and assign the

value.For Eg if you are always going to enter the datas for plant 1000,then for field

WERKS,we make the value as contact 1000.

Check & Revert.

Thank you very much for your reply.

But my problem is i dont have the data for few Mandatory fields so i need to make them as optional by changing the settings in Field Status of CK91,

So am looking for Path for making those fields as optional.

And

Am unable to make regarding too, i dont have single data for few fields.

Please help me regarding this.

Dear Kalam,

Whle creating the LSMW - Recording method,after recording is over ,supoose if I

decide some field are not needed,then in the 3rd - Source fields(In change mode),I

can select the field and delete it & save the datas.

Likewise you try to select the field and delete it,take the help from ABAP

consultant.If not clear,try to create a new LSMW either by direct input method or

Batch input recording method.

Can we delete the mandatory fields too in the 3rd step Source fields.

and

If i choose Batch/Direct Input method,

what should i shoose Object.?? for this CK91- Creat Procurement Alternatives.
