Hi All Experts
Is there an access sequence in SAP that can be used to determine partners based on the organisation determined ?
When the user enters Sold-to, the rest of the partners have to be maintained automatically through the org determined for the sales order.
Cheers
Jessy
hi Jessy,
try these access sequences, all of them searching based on organizatio
- 0009 -> Organizational Data: Employee for an Org. Unit
- 0010 -> Organizational Data: Organizational Unit for a User
- 0011 -> Organizational Data: Service Team Using Product or Rule
- CH08 -> Organizational Data: Employee of Responsible Organizational Unit
i haven't try to use it before ... so i can't explain the detail
hopes it helps
cheers

Hi Jessy
You can as well create your own Access sequence. it's a simple exercise. In that, select the source as 'Organizational Data'. in the area 'Additional Information on origin of Organizational data', you can specify what exactly you want, whether it is the 'Orgunit employee', 'User orgunit', or others.
Hope this helps.
Please reward points if helpful.
Thanks and regards
Debolina
