Dear experts,
By using CRM 5.0 and IC WebClient, one of our user managed to create a link between 2 service tickets in the production system. What is the procedure to delete this link?

Thanks Shalini. Is there a report or T-code that I could use? It did happen only once (and we don't know how). So, we'd rather not to create a programm for that.

Thanks again Shalini. Unfortunately if we want to just call the function module in test mode we can not enter values in the table => a small report needs to be written.

Hi Stephanie,
In order to remove the link between the two service tickets, you will have to use function module CRM_DOC_FLOW_UPDATE_DU . This shall help you in removing the link between the two transactions.
