Amount in GRN (Before Posting material document)

Hi,

Our requirement is to know the PO amount in MIGO before posting it. Can anyone suggest how it could be got?? Some enhancement is there ???

Bcos when once it is posted , we can get the amount in accounting doc itself.

So we want to confirm the amount before posting......Please discuss....

Why do you want to know the amount to be posted? You cannot make any change in the amount. Similarly, the quantity is decided by the quantity received physically.

Also, usually GR is posted by the warehouse people who should not be able to view the amount.

So amount and price information are not visible during GR.

Hi,

while you are doing GR u can go detailed data and there u can see PO data tab double click on PO and see the amount in PO before posting provided authorisation is given for ME23n.
