Can anyone tell me what is the field for sales order number ? and in which table it is ?
Hi,
Field name for document number: VBELN
Table: VBAK (Sales order: Header)
VBAP (SAles order: Item)

Go to transaction SE11
>Table :VBAK ,short desc:Sales Document:Header data
>Field VBELN ,short desc :Sales Document, this is for sales order number.

field name for sales order number is <b>VBLEN</b>
the table is <b>VBAK.</b>
if u want to see goto SE11 enter table name <b>vbak</b> then press on <b>f7</b>
then u can see the fields in the table.
