Brief about SRM

Hi,

Now I am working as MM consultant and Iam planning to move to SRM. Now Iam attending training, what are the main business process and critical process in SRM. Which areas shall I concentrate more?

Can you please tell me how is future of SAP SRM? I am excepting more projects will be coming in future one to two years. What is the market strategy about SRM?
