After creating the enterprise structure

i mean the company, areas, personal areas, e groups and esg this is one part

than the next part is creating organistional unit and department

than creating recuritment media and vacancy

than go ing to payrolls and where do we give link to the above structure and pay roll

Hi Teja,

Go to IMG >PM>OM >Integration->Integration with PA-->set up integration with PA there you have a system switch from table T77S0

PLOGI ORGA under value abbrevation there will be by default x by this the objects we have created in OM can be seen in PA IT0001Org Assignment.

PLOGI PRELI ---9999999 which is for default position.

semilarly you can check these.

While creating Enterprise structure Company code and Controlling Area this will be integrated while assiginig PA to Company Code and PSA to PA with FICO.

You are linking the same with Employee Groups and ESG

Go to IMG >PM>PA-->Payroll Data >Basic Pay>Assignment of Payscale structure to Enterprise Structure

Go to IMG >PM>PD >Integration->Setup Integration with PA & Recruitment

Hi,

When you transfer Action of Applicant Data with Status 2 all the Applicant Data will be transfered to the Master Data where in Organizational Assignment Infotype 0001 you can see:-

Enterprise Structure:-Company Code, Personnel Area, Personnel Sub Area etc..

Personnel Structure:- Employee Group, Employee Sub Group & Payroll Area

Organization Structure :- Org Unit, Job , Position.
