Error like " Access 'C' is not valid for the verb type 'A' "

hI,

My workflow shows error " Access 'C' is not valid for the verb type 'A' and Message no. OL831 while executing background step .Can any budy suggest me what can i do.?

Interesting problem, so I had to look in the system. By looking at the macros, and the functions they call etc I was able to locate a place SAP uses this message. It appears that it is issued when SAP can't uniquely identify the object type. (See function module SWO_OBJNAME_TO_OBJTYPE.)

Check your BOR objects - do you have two object types with the same name? This is not the BOR object type, but the object type's name (e.g. AccountingDocument is the name for BOR object type BSEG). You can check it using the function module, or look directly in table TOJTB.
