What is the price differences and quantity differences meaning, entries how it is applicable links you please explain me briefly?

Hi,

The term price diff mainly arises during integration of MM with FI. On receipt of goods, if there is going to be discrepancy in the prices, there can be two ways of accounting -

1. if the stock is still avialable with us, the stock is accounted

2. if stock is not with us, the adjustment is doen to the PD account
