Open PO quantity

Dear all,

If a PO which order 10 qty of a material, and then the goods recevied qty is 5; so, the PO have an open order qty with 5. If I go to MD04, the system should display a line item for the open PO order no. and the open qty 5.

But I found some special cases, there are some PO with several open order qty which are not showed on the screen of MD04. Do anybody know how to tackle this issue?

Hi,

Check the flag: EKPO-ELIKZ ( Delivery Completed), if this is checked, eventhough open quantities exist, the system assumes that the delivery is complete & the PO is closed & would not consider the open quantity in MRP.
