Changing UOM that is Displayed in CCM

I have a custom zTable in SRM that contains company specific UOM values. When CCM displays the results of a search list, I need to display the company specific UOM instead of the ISO UOM. How can I find the CCM data structure that contains the result list so that I can modify it before it is displayed?
