Time evaluation

Hello experts,

when a running time evalation (PT60) for an employee

employee is getting error,when i checked the LOG , Recreation leave can't be reduced for FLEX. As the employee took too many leave.

the error is occuring on 23.01.2005(sunday).She took REC leave from 12.01.2005 - 21.01.2005.When i lock this leave in Infotype 2001,time evaluation is successful.

Is there any idea you can give me.Thanks in Advance

Hi ,

when i checked the time log, the following error occured.

ERROR : REC leave can't be reduced for flex.

23.01.2005 - wrong processing for the employee.

i have checked the Infotype 2001 for absences and found , recreation leave is taken by employee from 12.01.2005 - 21.01.2005.

So i locked this absences and again run the time evaluation (PT60) for the employee. this time the time evaluation was successful.

But i can't lock this absences , as it will affect her time balance.

Is there any other way to handle this problem.

Do u need to have any quota for REC leave?

After applying for absences did u change any config regarding this absence?

If possible can u test by applying one more REC leave in 2005 Jan and see whether system is accepting that absence at all?
