Activate Operating Concern KEA0

Hi all,

I have been trying to activate my operating concern and generate the environment, but have been not very successful. I just tried to activete PA but its telling me that I need to activate the operating concern and generate the environment before hand.Also when i try to create the environment its giving me a runtime error (taking too long) Any help would be appreciated.

I am trying to activate the cross client part...but its taking too long thus giving out the run time error. Any suggessions why this might be happening?
