Hi experts,

All of my servers generated EWA reports, but the report did not sent to SAP. I have the checked the check mark to send to SAP.... It was working fine. one of my team members, he deleted all the jobs and scheduled em again....

which perticular job do I need to schedule to send to SAP? I thought this is the job that needs be schedulled >>> "SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP". this job is working fine. Other than that, I dont understand why it didnt send to SAP?

Please help.

Thanks in advanced!!

I will post points for sure!!

Hi Afi,

Forwarding of EWAs to SAP is initiated by the processing job "SM:EXEC SERVICES".

- Check RFC destinations to SAP (SAPNET_RFC, SDCC_RFC)

- Check the log on Monday (default day for EWA) "SM:EXEC SERVICES"

- check job log of REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT

Best regards,

Ruediger

HI Silva,

Advise you please have a look in SDCCN on the perticular Sattlite system, please find below procedure.

1. Tcode : SDCCN

2. Click Menu => Goto> Settings=> Task-Specific

3.Select RFC Destinations

4. Double click settings

5.Check the RFC Destination to SAP

  Destination Name: SDCC_OSS

  Active

  To SAP

Makesure SDCC_OSS rfc connection from SM59

Good luck..
