Error while logging into NSP after license extension

I was able to renew the license key and install using SLICENSE for SAP ABAP NW 2004 S .

I started the instance.

Logged on as BCUSER and pwd minisap and got the following error

'No logon possible (no hw ID received by mssg server'

Can some body help to resolve this???

I was able to login as SAP* or DDIC user.

Hello Kumar,

Have you installed the license within the New License option of Slicence? Is the license showing up as installed and valid within Slicense?

Yes I installed the license . the valid dates are fine and the status is green under SLICENSE.

I could login as user SAP* and DDIC.

The logon fails only when I log on as BCUSER
