Hi Experts,

My DataSource 1CL_OEQU001 is based on 0EQUIPMENT_ATTR.

Is it possible to find the program name in SE38 corresponding to 1CL_OEQU001?

If so, please let me know the steps to find it.

Actually, I needed to find if there is a program that I need to update in order to populate the master data field "Retirement Reason".

It can be found in R/3 at:

IE03 > Classification tab >Retirement Reason.

It looks like I do not need to create or update a program. I found out that I need to use R/3 T-code: CTBW > select the Basic DataSource > Double click on Charecteristics in the left menu > New ....

and then add an already existing user created Characteristic "Zxxxxxxxx" and populate this master data field, "Retirement Reason".

Thank you.

try to debug the datasource in RSA3 and in the maze of the background program you will find the FM that actually drives the datasource.

Hi Dev,

You can do a where used list for the extract structure of this datasource. Also you can check if it uses a function module...in RSO2, put in the name and click display...it will prompt you the name of the FM is any is being used.

Hope this helps...
