Releasing the materials

I wanna know how to release the materials in the quotations after the quotation got expired.

Hi Mostafa,

Go into the item schedule line tab in the quotation. Now make the confirmed quantities as Zero and then reject the line.

It should release back the stock.

Thanks for your reply, but i wanna it to be done automatically not manually upon expiry date.
