adobe form help

Hi friends,

1 . I have create interface in adobe forms and in the forms when i try to activate the

form its saying that "ACTION CANCELLED BY USER". How to activate this forms.

2. when i try to run this form with out activate its showing the pop up window for

output device if i give 'LP01' its saying that device type unsuitable for ADS

document.

Any document for the adobe forms please send ...
