We are not able to see the link (or service) "participation overview" under the benefits sub area. It was working alright until the start date of the open enrollment date. Currently we are in between the open enrollment start and end dates.
not quite sure if the disappearance is related to open enrollment.
Wanted to know if the participation overview cannot be seen during open enrollment ?

Also, forgot to mention that we are using only forthe "participation overview" service under the benefits in ESS. All other services have been removed/disabled.
