Reset data client

Hi,

we have got the next problem:

When we use the "reset buttom" on the Mi-client and we sincronice, all data of the merep_10700 table is deleted for this mbl_id. But the data of the table merep_111 are not deleted.

We are trying to erase this table when the first syncBo of the sincronization is being executed, but we don´t know how to detect if the "reset buttom" of the client has been typed.

We think that if exists one entry in the table merep_505 for this mbl_id, with the field "scenario" empty, the mentioned button has been typed.

Might anybody confirm it???

Thanks, regards.

The data of the table merep_111 will not be deleted during client data reset. merep_111 table contains synckey and R3 key mapping for all T01/T51 syncBOs which are device independent. The only issue will be of local synckey, which is ofcourse device dependent. This also cannot be delted/erased because of the reprocess time window applicable from SP15 onwards.. If we erase that local synckey, then re-process of errorerd worklist containing this local synckey will fail..

As a fix for the problem, there is a fix released for client not to reset the local synckey during client data reset..

As you have mentioned, the entry in merep_505 (or merep_mon) with blank scenario is the reset request from client.
