Dunning - Form

Hi all

Is is possible to use separate Form for printing the dunning letter for certain group of customers, based on a particular variant of parameters ?

If yes, pl let me know where should we specify the form name.

hi Bala,

you have to set up different dunning procedures. To the different dunning procedures you can assign different forms. After that the different dunning procedures will be assigned to different group of customers. You customize the whole thing in FBMP. That's it.

Sorry for the late response, i was on leave. My question is how can we use 2 dunning procedures for the same customer?

Because our reqt is to send legal notice after the customer reaches Dunning level 4, and based on a particular field(KNKK-SBGRP).

Also would like to know, what is the std procedure for issuing legal notice, do we go for a separate Dunning level for Legal notice

Pl help me understand that.

hi Bala,

Dunning means the remainder letter sent to the customer or Vendor which the amountis due. Tcode F150

From the Correspondence u can send the printing letter that u want.

Plesae see the Tcode F.61 and F.62
