Problem During delivery of Sales order

hi thr ,

i have created a sales order for a finishe product in 1000 plant .

while delivering the same i am getting the error " No schedule line exist "

i have changed the del. dates and tried the same for delivery .

but unable to deliver .

please share the solution

Ajay,

Mke sure-

1)You have sufficient stock ..check in MMBE..

2)Item Category should be delivery relevent..

3)In sales order carry out availability check....se what system is showing..

4)Check in MM02 waht lead times and availability settings you have done..

Hi ,

Please check for the stocks or else create one using MB1C t-code,apart from this do check what is the the lead time that you have mentioned in vov8 ->select OR in that look for lead time in days incase if u have mentioned 7 days for eg then in your order select the delivery date as 7 days from the date of ordering .

Hi,

<b>Schedule Line:</b> It is basically a division of an item with respect to the delivery date and quantity.

Whenever you create a sales order, double click on the line item and go to schedule lines screen. Here you will see a date in the <b>delivery date</b> column and you will have columns for <b>"order quantity"</b>, <b>"rounded quantity"</b> & <b>"confirmed quantity"</b>. Unless and until the system gives a delivery date and a quantity in the confirmed quantity columns the delivery cannot be created.

1. Delivery date is say <b>27/09/2007</b> but in the confirmed quantity column the entry is <b>"zero"</b> then you will get the error <b>"No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date"</b>

2. Delivery date is say <b>28/09/2007</b> and confirmed qty is there then also system will not allow you to create the delivery and will give the same error <b>"No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date"</b>

<b>Do the following:</b>

1. Go to <b>VA02</b> - select your sales order number - <b>double click</b> on the line item - go to <b>schedule lines</b> screen. Check forthe <b>delivery date</b> and the <b>confirmed quantity</b>. If date is there and no <b>quantity</b> then click on <b>"item availability"</b> icon and check whether can you confirm any quantity. If there is no <b>green</b> button for a quantity in the confirmed quantity field that means there is no <b>stock</b>. If stock is available may be it has been confirmed for some other sales order. In this case the stock will be displayed in <b>MMBE</b> but cannot be <b>confirmed</b> for the new sales order. If confirmed quantity is there but delivery date is ahead of <b>27/09/2007</b> then change the date to <b>27/09/2007</b>. Save the sales order and now do the delivery.

2. If no stcok then go to <b>MB1C</b> create the stock and then follow same thing as mentioned in step No.1.

3. Check in the sales order which schedule line is being picked.

4. Go to transaction code <b>"VOV6"</b> select the schedule line - <b>double click</b> on it - check whether the <b>"movement type"</b> is <b>"601"</b> & there is a <b>"tick"</b> on the <b>"item rel. for del."</b>

5. Go to transaction code <b>"VOV8"</b> - select the <b>sales order document type</b> - <b>double click</b> on it - check whether anything is specified in the <b>"Lead time in Days"</b> field. If yes then remove and save it.

hi,

check in the sales order menu goto > item > schedule lines. Make sure you first have a confirmed shcedule line date for the material which you wanted to deliver and its that date with which you are trying to create the delivery.

Also if this item is relevant for a delivery or not in the item category customizing ( VOV7 ).

Hi Ajay,

What is the item category you have used??? Check in [VOV7] if the check box "Schedule Line Allowed" has been enabled for this item category.

Also might want to check your schedule line assignment in IMG for that item category and MRP type. You may have the wrong schedule line assigned (or none at all).

Hello Ajay,

Go to VA02, enter sales order no.

Now Goto>Item>Schedule lines and check the date on which item has been confirmed.

You may be getting this error because your material in not confirmed yet or the delivery date you are giving is different.

If you get a confirmed delivery date then click on sales document--> deliver.

Else you need to do stock inward.
