dswp: not getting startservice processing button

Hi All,

We are in the process of configuring EWA in solution manager for one of our demo server. Solution manager has been set as master for demo server.

SDCCN has been configured on the demo server and the task request session data ran successsfully. But when i check in txn dswp->solution monitoring-> SAP earlywatch alert in solution manager system it showing "wait for session data".

Task "refresh session" also created in demo server and ran successfully. Still the status in Solution manager is "wait for session data". Hope it has to be "Data is available" and we have to start service processing.

can anybody please give some inputs to proceed further.

HI

Make sure the rfc's are working fine. Also check SDCCN --> Task Log to make sure its completed in satellite system. Sometimes you need complete replacement of service definition as per note 727998
